By accessing or using the David Mandelstam Table Tennis Academy website ("DMTT", "the platform") at dmttacademy.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to purchase courses or access course content. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behaviour.
All course purchases are made in Canadian or US dollars through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change. Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access that course content for your own use.
You may not share your account, distribute course materials, reproduce course content, or use course materials for commercial purposes without written permission from David Mandelstam.
Because our courses are digital products that are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have purchased, contact us at dmttacademy@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Private lesson inquiries submitted through the contact form are not bookings or contracts. A lesson is only confirmed once David has responded to your inquiry and a time has been agreed upon directly. Private lesson pricing, cancellation terms, and session details are communicated individually.
All course content — including video, text, images, and training materials — is the intellectual property of David Mandelstam and is protected under Canadian copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any course content without explicit written permission.
Table tennis training involves physical activity. By participating in lessons or following course instructions, you acknowledge that physical training carries inherent risk of injury. DMTT is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of course content or participation in private lessons.
The platform is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMTT and David Mandelstam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or course content. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
